Human Resources Mission Statement
The OHR supports the GC’s mission through the provision of high quality human resources and labor relations services. The OHR is committed to ensuring access to information on employment statutes, policies, and procedures. Confidentiality, discretion and sensitivity are paramount in OHR operations. Effective “onboarding” programs are designed to support new employees. Coaching on workplace challenges is offered to promote resolutions and avoid employee disputes. The OHR fosters and supports policies and practices to ensure a respectful and safe workplace.
