The Communications and Marketing office is responsible for raising the profile and enhancing the reputation of the Graduate Center. The primary themes of achievement, impact, and innovation guide GC marketing and communications initiatives, all of which emphasize a unified brand identity, consistent messaging, and proactive use of traditional and social media platforms.
The office comprises three distinct units—web, communications, and media relations—working collaboratively across the institution to harness the GC’s intellectual capital and create a compelling narrative in both digital and print form. The recent launch of a video production initiative and repurposing of existing video content signal a concerted focus to accentuate visual storytelling.
