The Advanced Research Collaborative (ARC) is seeking part-time assistance of a College Assistant (CA).  The duties of the CA will consist of, but not be limited to, the following:
 
-Under supervision of the Assistant Program Officer (APO), the CA will assist with the Distinguished Visiting Fellowship (DVF) program.
 
.Helps sort applications from professors applying to the DVF program.
.Creates PDF’s, sorts and uploads into a database for review by the selection committee
 
-Orders catering for weekly seminars

-Keeps the Director’s calendar

-Answer phone inquiries

-Helps with general office duties

Qualifications

Minimum Qualifications:
-High school diploma
 
Preferred Qualifications:
-Proficiency in Microsoft Suite products:  WORD and Excel
-Attention to details
-Demonstrate interpersonal and organizational skills
-Excellent communication skills

Salary Range

$18.00 per hour

Hours

15-20 hours per week (Hours include Thursday evenings: 3:00 pm–7:00 pm. Remaining hours are flexible.)
