Joy Wiltenburg is a profeesor of history at Rowan University. In addition to publishing articles in The American Historical Review and Renaissance Quarterly, she is author of Disorderly Women and Female Power in the Street Literature of Early Modern Germany (U. of Virginia). Her forthcoming book is on the cultural history of crime in early modern Germany.
