Dr. Schroder is a Senior Research Associate at CASE, where she has conducted research and evaluation studies since 1995. She is currently Project Director of Bridges to Academic Success, a program devoted to meeting the needs of adolescent SIFE (students with interrupted formal education) in New York City high schools, and a researcher on the MTTI project – Math Teachers Transformation Institutes – at Lehman College. Dr. Schroder previously served on the faculty of Lehman College as assistant professor of education research methods, specializing in classroom action research. She is a former ESL teacher with a Master’s in Bilingual Education. Her previous research includes work in Ecuador in the area of Intercultural Science Education.
