Description

This conference, sponsored by the Ph.D. Program in Art History, features a keynote conversation with Dr. Simon Critchley, professor of philosophy at the New School and includes nine presentations selected from an international call for papers.

Speakers include Russel Stephens (University of British Columbia), Jenna Kloeppel (University of New Mexico), James Fishburne (University of California, Los Angeles), Susanne Figner Ruembeli (New York University), Hallie Scott (The Graduate Center, CUNY), Tatjana Myoko von Prittwitz und Gaffron (Bard College), Elizabeth Hawley (The Graduate Center, CUNY, Ellen Brueckner (Princeton University), and Sooran Choi (The Graduate Center, CUNY).
