Year One

  • Take 6-8 seminars (three required courses + 3-5 seminars)
  • Pass language exam(s)
  • Prepare for First Exam
  • Apply for partial funds to study abroad during the summer

 

Year One

  • Prepare and submit Dissertation Prospectus
  • Present papers at conferences
