As a creative industry, fashion routinely faces complex legal issues of counterfeiting, intellectual property, designers’ rights, and more. This panel will look at intersection of law and fashion, with Ruthann Robson, professor at CUNY Law School and author of Dressing Constitutionally, and Charles Colman, assistant professor at NYU Law School. Moderated by Eugenia Paulicelli, co-director of the fashion studies concentration at the Graduate Center.
This event is cosponsored by the Master of Arts Program in Liberal Studies and the Center for the Study of Women and Society.
