Description

Joe Klein is currently a political columnist for Time. He is the author of numerous books, including the acclaimed novel Primary Colors, based on the 1992 presidential race. He has served as Washington correspondent for the New Yorker, political reporter for Newsweek, and contributor to the New Republic, New York Times, Washington Post, and Life, among other publications. Ben Smith has covered national and presidential politics for the Washington-based news website Politico since 2006. He was previously a political columnist for the Daily News. In December 2011, Smith took the position of editor-in chief of the news aggregate website Buzzfeed. Beinart is a faculty member at CUNY’s Graduate Center and Graduate School of Journalism. He is a senior political writer for the Daily Beast, a contributor to Time, and the author of, most recently, The Icarus Syndrome: A History of American Hubris.
