STUDENTS should direct questions about Banner IDs and passwords to the Office of the Registrar at 1-212-817-7500 or email Registrar@gc.cuny.edu.
FACULTY who need their Banner ID should
contact their doctoral program. Remember to use
all nine digits of the Banner ID including the
leading zeros. The faculty PIN (password) initial
value is 77 followed by the last four digits
of their social security number; faculty then
choose their own PIN (password) for all future
use. Faculty who need their PIN (password) RE-SET
should email the Provost Office at Provost@gc.cuny.edu and must include their full name, Banner ID,
doctoral program, and campus email. The faculty
PIN (password) will be re-set to its initial
77**** value and they will be able to access
the Faculty Web after 5 p.m. of the following
business day.
