In collaboration with eight of CUNY’s senior campuses, Macaulay Honors College (MHC) provides the most promising undergraduate students with an elite academic program of interdisciplinary seminars, personalized advisement, and experiential learning supported by dedicated funding for study abroad, internships, and research. The Offices of Enrollment Management at Macaulay Honors College is seeking a part-time College Assistant to provide assistance with statistical analysis and reporting as well as supporting the enrollment managers. The College Assistant’s duties will include a variety of activities but not limited to, the following:
-Ability to create and manage reports in Access, Excel, CUNYFirst or other databases
-Assist with the creation of student data reports and surveys
-Assist with managing of applicant data files
-Prepare applicant trend reports
-Coordinate recruitment visits and meetings
-Prepare expense reports
-Respond to phone and email inquiries
-Other duties as assigned
-High School diploma
A bachelor’s degree is preferred. Possess excellent organizational, administrative, customer service, and computer skills. Accuracy, attention to detail, and the ability to handle multiple projects at once are required. The position will entail the handling of confidential academic information.
$15.00-$17.00 per hour
15-20 hours per week (Monday-Friday between (9:00am-5:00pm)
