Digital Signage

**C&M oversees signage in two locations. Users must contact the respective screen administrator listed here.**

  • Units are responsible for all content and related edits, images, and design. C&M may reject a submission based on technical grounds and branding policies only, not content. 
  • All signage must be created using the PowerPoint template(s). The following elements will not be accepted:

        Images (jpegs, png, psd, tiffs, etc.)
        ZIP files containing digital flyers for the entire semester
  • Submit event listings for digital signage via Kentico using these instructions.
  • Digital Signage PowerPoint submissions must be received a minimum of 7 business days prior to requested start date. Users must not submit more than 3 slides per week.
  • C&M will review submissions daily.
