Dr. Patricia Mazzullo is the focus of the current Alumni Spotlight. Dr. Mazzullo graduated from the Doctor of Audiology (Au.D.) program from the CUNY Graduate Center in 2012. She received her Bachelor of Arts degree in Speech, Language, and Hearing Sciences at Temple University, in Philadelphia, PA., in 2008.

Dr. Mazzullo currently serves as a Clinical Audiologist at New York Eye and Ear Infirmary of Mount Sinai. Her clinical interests and expertise includes pediatric and adult hearing assessments, adult hearing aid fittings and follow-up, electrophysiological testing, and pediatric and adult vestibular assessment. In addition, she is currently involved in developing a multi-disciplinary pediatric vestibular team at New York Eye and Ear Infirmary of Mount Sinai. She has extensive experience working with children and adults with special needs, and completed the Leadership Education in Neurodevelopmental and Related Disabilities (LEND) program at the Westchester Institute for Human Development during her audiology residency.
Dr. Mazzullo is a Fellow of the Academy of Audiology, and was selected to present on pediatric vestibular assessment at the 2019 AudiologyNow annual conference. Additionally, Dr. Mazzullo holds a Certificate of Clinical Competence in Audiology from the American Speech and Hearing Association (ASHA). Dr. Mazzullo has also been an ongoing mentor in ASHA’s Student to Empowered Professional (S.T.E.P.) mentoring program since 2015.
Dr. Mazzullo currently serves as an adjunct professor in the Au.D. program at the CUNY Graduate Center, teaching the Vestibular Assessment and Management course. She also serves as an adjunct professor at Marymount Manhattan College in the Communication Sciences department.
Dr. Mazzullo actively participates in community service and philanthropic initiatives. Since graduating from the CUNY Graduate Center, Dr. Mazzullo has raised over $12,000 for various organizations including Team for Kids and the Lupus Foundation of America. Dr. Mazzullo serves a volunteer and Executive Board Member of C.O.O.L. Kids, which stands for “Creating Our Own Legacy”, a non-profit organization providing service and outreach to children in Harlem, Brooklyn, and the Bronx.
