Budget

The Budget Office oversees an annual tax-levy operating budget in excess of $100 million.  The Budget Office meets with senior management at the College and with the University Budget Office to develop the annual budget request.  Upon receiving the annual budget allocation, the Budget Office monitors Budget Certificates issued by the University Budget Office.  Based on the allocation received in each Certificate, the Budget Office distributes budget dollars by Major Purpose/Objects at the State level and to departments (for OTPS only) at the College level.  All OTPS allocations are loaded into Banner as a control of OTPS expenditures.  The Budget Office prepares financial plans, tracks lump sum allocations, and prepares reports as needed throughout the fiscal year.
