Description

Jarlath Henderson is a wildly inventive multi-instrumentalist and masterful balladeer from Northern Ireland who is best known as a remarkable player of uilleann pipes and whistles. A three-time All-Ireland Champion piper, Henderson revives traditional songs, such as murder and love ballads, with a somber intensity through his sublime original arrangements (“new and otherworldly”—NPR Music).

Limited FREE tickets available to CUNY students, faculty & staff. Email gcevents@gc.cuny.edu to reserve, and show CUNY ID at door.

Live@365 is funded with a generous gift from the Baisley Powell Elebash Fund.
