Networks have been used to describe interactions between molecules in biological systems, between people in social systems, and even between parts of the brain that form an individual’s personality. Do the same rules apply to such networks at different levels of organization? What can we learn from one level of organization to help understand other systems? A panel of experts from different disciplines discusses these exciting questions, led by Larry Liebovitch (professor of physics and psychology, Queens College and The Graduate Center), featuring Lev Guzmán-Vargas (Instituto Politécnico Nacional, Mexico) and Dana Weinberg (professor of sociology, Queens College and The Graduate Center).

Presented with the Initiative for the Theoretical Sciences.
