Join Cherríe Moraga for a reading and discussion of her new memoir. Native Country of the Heart is a love letter to her mother and an intimate portrait of the U.S.-Mexican diaspora. Moraga will speak about cultural amnesia, ancestral memory, and how they influence political activism.
