This virtual workshop on mindfulness aims to help foster awareness of one’s self and environment in light of the many stressors of the past year. Join us for a 60-minute workshop that will include a guided meditation and tips for reducing stress and remaining present as we ease into 2021.

Zoom Expectations:  Attendees are strongly encouraged to participate via audio and video during the workshop. Though, this will not be a requirement. Attendees will be asked to turn their video off during the guided meditation portion of the workshop.
