Fall World Music Concerts: Live@365

Emeline Michel performs September 20.

During Live@365's inaugural season, artists from around the world played sold-out shows to critical acclaim, including an "extraordinary concert" by flamenco legend Manuel Agujetas (see the New York Times review). Now the series is back with more internationally renowned musicians performing in the acoustically rich and intimate Elebash Hall.

Thurs, September 20 / 7 p.m.
Crossing Boundaries
Three artists who blur the boundaries of traditional music in contemporary ways—Emeline Michel from Haiti, Martha Redbone from NYC, and Vlada Tomova from Bulgaria—open the Live@365 season.

Wed, October 24 / 7 p.m.
Bachata Legends Unplugged
Guitarist Edilio Paredes, one of the founders of bachata—the Dominican Republic’s most popular and spirited music—will be joined by special guests in an acoustic concert.

Tues, November 27 / 7 p.m.
West African Griot Summit
Celebrated griots—musician/storyteller/poet/historians—from West Africa perform in this historic gathering at the Graduate Center.
