- Psychology Professor and Student Win Award for Paper
Professor Karen Lyness (Baruch, Business, Psychology) and John Capman, a doctoral student in the industrial/organizational psychology training area, received the Careers Division 2013 Best Overall Paper award from the Academy of Management. The award, for their paper “Anchoring Relationships at Work: Mentors as Buffers to Ambient Racial Discrimination” was presented at the national Academy of Management conference in August 2013.
