Our technicians identified two separate problems with the phone system. A problem with one of our carrier circuits caused poor quality and dropped calls on some inbound calls and some outbound long distance calls. A second, unrelated, problem on the GC network caused intermittent poor quality on calls of all types including internal calls.
The problem with internal calls has been resolved. But we continue to experience poor quality and dropped calls on some inbound calls and some outbound long distance calls. We are working with our carriers and phone system support to troubleshoot and resolve the issue.
