- Professor Allyson Friedman Wins a Top Award for Young Research Scientists (External Article)
Professor Allyson Friedman (GC/Hunter, Biology) has been named a 2015 Postdoctoral Finalist by the Blavatnik Regional Awards.
Friedman is a new faculty member in the CUNY Neuroscience Collaborative, housed at the Graduate Center. She will be working with students and faculty from both the GC Biology and GC Psychology departments.
Judged by leading scientists and presented by the Blavatnik Family Foundation at the New York Academy of Sciences Annual Gala on November 9, the Blavatnik Awards honor outstanding young scientists in the New York City metro area.
