Alumni can order transcripts by submitting a Transcript Request Form to the Office of the Registrar for processing. Transcript requests are generally processed within 2 to 4 business days (any holds on record must be cleared before any transcripts can be sent). Transcripts sent directly to CUNY Colleges are free of charge; all other requests require a $7.00 processing fee per transcript payable by cash at the Bursar’s Office, personal check or money order (please make payable to GSUC/CUNY), or online (must attach receipt along with the request form). Please contact the Office of the Registrar at (212) 817-7500 or at if you have any other transcript related questions.

Please click here to join our MALS LinkedIn network. You can also sign up for the Graduate Center's Alumni Online Directory to search for other alumni by clicking here. The Alumni Online Directory is a member-driven system: Members control the amount of information they wish to share. Any information that is displayed in the alumni directory is privileged and only shared with other GC alumni.

Please email to submit your career news, announcements, or events such as new book publications, academic or professional achievements, and other interesting stories to share with the MALS community.

Alumni who are within ten years of obtaining their degree are welcome to use the The Office of Career Planning and Professional Development  for individual career counseling. All Graduate Center alumni are welcome to attend programs, to join mailing lists, and to have access to job listings. Please contact the office at (212) 817-7425 or, or visit their website for more information.
