We've all heard that moving our bodies is linked to greater health. If you want to learn more about the science behind this statement, join the Wellness Center in conversation with physical therapist, Dr. Robert Neda. 

Rob Neda, PT, DPT, PhD(c), MEd, CHES,  is a physical therapist, community health educator, and researcher. He is currently finishing up his PhD in Kinesiology, Community Health at Wayne State University as well as his Master in Industrial & Organizational Psychology at Harvard University. Rob holds two post grad nutrition certificates from University of Cambridge and T. Colin Campbell Center for Nutrition Studies. He is passionate about preventative interventions to improve the biopsychosocial aspects of health.
