Provisioning for New End-User Accounts

Premises:

1. Every end-user AD account provides access to desktop computers and network resources (such as printers, authenticated Wi-Fi access, SharePoint, etc.).
2. No end-user AD account (new or existing) is provisioned by IT for access to an S-drive share.
