Outlook Undeliverable Messages
Dear Graduate Center,
Please be aware that GC IT is actively copying faculty and staff email data to CUNY's M365 email cloud in preparation for our February 9th email migration. If a user's mailbox is in the process of being copied, the sender may receive an undeliverable message.
Outlook periodically tries to redeliver initially unsuccessful email messages. So, even though you may receive an undeliverable notification, Outlook will likely resend the message later. If you have any concerns, you can always wait and resend the email message later in the day.
Other issues you may encounter during this process include Outlook slowness and delay in sending email messages from your mailbox.
