Angela M. Crossman earned a Ph.D. in Developmental Psychology from Cornell University in 2001 (M.A., Cornell University, 1998; B.A., Dartmouth College, 1994). She came to John Jay College in 2003 from a Post-Doctoral Fellowship at the Institute for the Study of Child Development (UMDNJ-Robert Wood Johnson Medical School, New Brunswick , NJ). Her research interests include eyewitness identification accuracy, memory development, suggestibility, the accuracy and credibility of children's testimony, and the development of deception in children. She is a faculty member of the Psychology and Criminal Justice doctoral programs at the CUNY Graduate Center.
