Anna is a PhD student of geography at the Graduate Center. Her research interests focus on 21st century fascism and the development of virtual spaces into contested sites of radicalization. After receiving her B.A. from Sarah Lawrence College, where she studied visual arts and history, Anna spent a few years bartending and thinking a lot about anti/fascist geographies, political economy, and World of Warcraft. She hopes her research at the Graduate Center will contribute to the emerging anti-fascist geographic scholarship that confronts and contests fascists’ spatial claims, on and offline.
