Brendan O’Connor is a writer, journalist, and organizer whose work has been published in The BafflerThe New Yorker, and The New York Times. He is the author of Blood Red Lines: How Nativism Fuels the Right, published by Haymarket Books in January 2021. A doctoral student in Geography at the CUNY Graduate Center, Brendan earned his BA in English from Kenyon College and lives in Brooklyn with his cat.
