Georgiana Tryon

Georgiana Shick Tryon has been a professor in the Ph.D. Program in Educational Psychology since 1996. She earned her Ph.D. in clinical psychology from Kent State University. For twenty-three years, she served as director of the Counseling Center at Fordham University. She has served on the editorial boards of the Journal of Counseling Psychology and Psychotherapy, and is a fellow of Division 29 (Psychotherapy) of the American Psychological Association. Her research interests and publications focus on psychotherapy process and ethical issues.
