Saam Trivedi is a Professor of Philosophy at Brooklyn College & the CUNY Graduate Center.  He is the author of Imagination, Music, and the Emotions: A Philosophical Study (State University of New York Press, 2017); articles in such journals as Metaphilosophy, Revue Internationale de Philosophie, Journal of Aesthetics and Art Criticism, British Journal of Aesthetics, Asian Philosophy; as well as book-chapters in edited volumes.  His interests cut across philosophical aesthetics, Eastern philosophies, metaphysics, and the philosophy of mind.  It has been one of his life's great privileges to have studied Philosophy at universities in the US, England, and India.
