Dr. Zhiqing (Albert) Zhou is an Assistant Professor in the Industrial and Organizational Psychology at Baruch College and the Graduate Center, CUNY. Dr. Zhou’s research mainly focuses on the following four areas: workplace mistreatment (e.g., workplace aggression, workplace incivility, abusive supervision, and counterproductive work behavior), employee health and well-being, work-nonwork interface, and illegitimate tasks. His work has appeared in peer-reviewed journals such as Journal of Organizational Behavior, Journal of Occupational Health Psychology, Human Relations, and Work & Stress. He is on the editorial board of Journal of Organizational Behavior, Journal of Business and Psychology, Applied Psychology: An International Review, and Group & Organization Management . He also serves as an ad-hoc reviewer for multiple journals such as Journal of Applied Psychology, Journal of Vocational Behavior, and Journal of Occupational Health Psychology.
