Research, innovation, and discovery are at the heart of a Graduate Center education.
Our faculty are top scholars and renowned writers and artists who push the boundaries of their fields to create new knowledge and yield new insights. Through rigorous research and inspired artistry, they address pressing issues, such as climate change, inequality, migration, and racism, and pursue new possibilities in areas such as technology, music, and biomedicine.
Graduate Center students become accomplished scholars through the mentorship of devoted professors who guide them in developing dissertations, capstone projects, presentations, and publications.
