What is Fitness?

The state of being fit is defined as being physically and mentally sound. Thus, starting your journey to fitness is one of the best things you could do for your health. Physical activity has been shown to be beneficial for better mental health, boos self-esteem, reduce the risk of chronic conditions, and improve balance and coordination.

When you’re designing your own, unique/personal fitness program, take into consideration your fitness goals. Establish barriers and create strategies that will help you maintain your progress and keep you in track.
